These flats have various supporting facilities and good quality furniture so that ASN can focus on their work," said Director General of Housing at the Ministry of PUPR Iwan Suprijanto during a working visit to Balikpapan City, East Kalimantan, Sunday (21/8/2022).Iwan explained, Flats are very necessary for ASN, especially those who come from outside the city because they have an assignment order.By living in Flats, ASN can also socialize and do not need to carry too many things because the facilities provided are very adequate.Furthermore, Iwan added, for family-type flats, for example, having a family room with a small sofa and a guest table, two bedrooms, namely the main bedroom complete with a bed, mattress and wardrobe, and a children's room with bunk beds and wardrobes.Furthermore, there is also a bathroom with a shower and a kitchen as well as a clothes drying room.The PUPR Ministry also built the Flats with general and special housing units for the disabled, public bathrooms, management rooms, prayer rooms and ablution areas, minimarket multi-purpose rooms, toilets and hallways.For waste management, waste sorting places, warehouses, emergency stairs and evacuation routes are also provided in the event of a natural disaster.The Head of the Kalimantan II Housing Provision Agency (P2P), H Hujurat accompanied by the Head of the East Kalimantan Province Housing Provision Work Unit, Otfan explained, the East Kalimantan BBPJN Flat was built on Jalan Proklamasi, Manggar Village, East Balikpapan District, Balikpapan City."This flat was built with a contract value of Rp. 23.86 billion. The specifications of this flat are one tower as high as four floors and have 44 residential units of type 45.
