One of the great benefits of unpretentious modern interior design is that people can dress them up in any style they want. They are generally suitable for any decoration, whether it is Scandinavian, Mediterranean, Georgian or other decorations.

But sometimes a person encounters a modern interior design that is so modern that it cringes when it is occupied by another style. The good news is that the pain can be relieved by simply changing the furniture.

This is the case for this modern Ardmore apartment for sale. This three-story townhouse is located in a garden townhouse development on the edge of Ardmore’s city centre, and it appears to be part of a modern house in the 1980s.

When you walk through the front yard with a door, open the front door, and enter the two-story foyer, you should know how modern its design and layout are.

Then you turn around and notice the more Baroque wall lamp hanging beside the door. Maybe you won't notice this, but I did.

The layout of the house arranges the main living space in the corridor on the right side of the foyer.

Directly across from the foyer is the first of these, a spacious living room with a wood-burning fireplace, and a two-story atrium on the far wall.

For example, this is a dining room located between the living room and the kitchen. Which things don’t belong here, and which ones are okay? I know how I will answer this question.

On the other hand, the upgraded kitchen at the end of the corridor shows how to create a space that pays tribute to tradition but complements the modern environment.

In addition to the charming Shaker-style cabinets, black granite countertops and the latest stainless steel appliances, it also has a breakfast bar and enough space for a breakfast table.

Another set of sliding doors leads from the kitchen to the other end of the terrace.

An open staircase with skylights leads to the upper two floors.

In the second, the loft is located in the living room. Its balcony overlooks the room on one side and the foyer on the other. This space offers many possibilities.

Just around the corner is the lively city centre of Ardmore, starting from the recently renovated and expanded suburban square, crossing the Amtrak and SEPTA tracks to Lancaster Avenue. There is nothing more walkable in suburban life.

Other expenses: The monthly apartment cost of $595 includes maintenance of public areas and exteriors of buildings, road maintenance, and snow removal. The price of the apartment was reduced by $50,000 on November 17.
