Antilles serene location is key to its ability to offer a year round resort lifestyle.  No street noises interfere with its peaceful ambience.   No neighboring high-rises crowd out the views.  Even during the height of season, being set back at the far end of a long approach affords Antilles endless hours of peace and tranquility.  The site’s natural beauty is insulated by surrounding wetland preserves and deep landscape installations augmented by JMD Development’s addition of 550 Sabal palm trees to further distinguish the community.  Nothing but leafy palms and tropical foliage can brush against Antilles’ horizon wide views.   Rookery Bay Reserve is its neighbor to the west.  The majesty of local and migratory birds’ flight patterns across Its 110,000 acres of protected lakes and habitats have added graceful highlights to the daily routines of Antilles’ homeowners.

The natural beauty in and around Antilles location is equally remarkable for its close proximity to all that makes Southwest Florida a world class resort destination.  Set back from the wide Collier Boulevard corridor, all the area’s inherent benefits are just minutes away from the best of old Naples’ and Marco Island’s attractions.  Beaches, fine dining, galleries, shopping and endless fishing and boating opportunities abound in all directions, all year round.

The presentation of Antilles’ Coach Homes is exceptional.  Its 212 units offer handsome, new look, contemporary residences with luxury appointments built in as standard fittings.  The timeless elegance of West Indies Island style architecture seems fitting in Naples’ subtropical climate.  Detailed with dove grey stucco exteriors over concrete block, white trims and sharp charcoal Bahama shutters, the homes are fresh-looking and pleasing, especially against  Antilles’ lush landscaping.  Phase 2 Classic Coach Homes offer 3-Bedroom floorplans from 1,509 to 1,537 square feet under air.  They include attached single-car Garages and screened-in Lanais and are priced from the upper $400,000’s.  All have preserve views.  Larger Grand Coach Homes are also 3-Bedroom units that range from 1,980 for the first floor Nevis to the 2,444 square foot, upper floor Montserrat.  They are priced from the upper $500,000’s and include attached 2-car Garages and screened-in Lanais.  Preserve and lake view orientations are available.

JMD Development has allotted a generous amount of space to Antilles’ amenities.  The Flamingo Club encompasses 14,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor features and the oversized 3,500 square foot Resort Pool is a perfect example of the developers’ attention to detail.  It is designed with a wide and inviting wade-in, sun shelf Entry homeowners love.  It also features a negative perimeter edge that appears at low angles to overflow into Antilles’ own 5-acre Kingfisher Lake and wetland preserve like a stepped water feature gently meandering through the 54-acre community.  The Pool’s fluid design includes curved sides to create nooks and natural separations to accommodate family or small group swim areas.  A multi person heated Spa is adjacent and the huge Tiki-Hut with end-to-end, quartz-topped service bar and BBQ grill area that overlooks the Pool.  Antilles’ pergola shaded Fire Pit has become a winter season favorite and site of many evening cocktail celebrations.

Outside the gated Pool area, Antilles’ regulation Bocce and Pickleball Courts have attracted players at every level of expertise.  Equipment is provided by JMD Development for the use of homeowners and their guests at no cost.  It also added a 4-hole Putting Green recently.  As a family owned and operated company, the principals have taken a personal interest in every phase of Antilles’ development.  Like the Super Bowl extravaganza in February and multiple get-togethers to help new owners meet and become acquainted with their neighbors, this week’s Kentucky Derby Celebration at the Flamingo Club was one more event sponsored by JMD for the benefit of the community.  That the family had an interest in the Derby gave homeowners strong rooting interest and a great party once again.  A sense of goodwill and the kind of friendliness that evolves from the easy exchanges of information and resources when everyone is new to the community at the same time permeated the event.  Antilles is a nice place to live.

The Flamingo Club amenity center was designed to be at the heart of the community.  In addition to its expansive Outdoor Living Area, it is as representative of Antilles’ luxury resort presentation as it is of the quality built into every residence.  Concierge and executive services are managed here and the Exercise and Fitness Center, Massage Room and Catering Kitchen are to the rear.  Antilles’ Selection Center where buyers determine their personalizing options is also there.  The huge Gathering Room occupies about one-half of the Club’s 5,000 square foot expanse and features wall to wall views across the community.  It includes the Fireplace Lounge with comfortable furnishings and a big screen TV, Sonny’s Cafe and all day Coffee Bar and multiple round tables and chairs perfect for dining, socializing, cards and board games.

Early in the community’s Phase 1 development, JMD added an exceptional amenity to Antilles long list of fine features.  Two Guest Suites as occasionally seen in luxury high-rise communities were added and are sponsored by the developers.  They are 3-Bedroom residences, fully decorated, maintained and made available to owners and their guests on a first come, first serve basis.   Considering the inconveniences and increased costs of hotels and off-site lodging, they represent a huge benefit to homeowners and have become strong deciding factors for some buyers as they consider a new home in Antilles.

Low monthly fees and Antilles fine finishes and fittings also influence buyers.  The residences’ high ceilings and wide window walls create open, airy spaces that are as well engineered and appointed as they are solidly built and stylishly presented.  Antilles’ standard finishes include substantial 8-foot, solid core interior doors, hurricane-rated windows and doors, Shaker style Kitchen cabinetry with 42-inch high uppers, tall baseboards, wide trims, sleek rocker style lighting switches, cove ceilings per plan, wide profile, porcelain tile or luxury vinyl tile flooring and subtle designer carpeting in the bedrooms.  Kohler plumbing fixtures, heavy-weight frameless glass shower enclosures and custom designed wood Closet shelving that promotes air ventilation are standard in all units.   All residences include Linen Closets, Pantries, walk-in Master Closets and separate Laundry Rooms.  Quartz countertops are standard throughout, as are Kitchen island pendant fixtures and stainless steel Kitchen appliances - including on-trend French door style refrigerators.  Recessed lighting and advance wiring for data, voice and video are standard.  Concrete roof tiles and brick paver walk and driveways coordinate with the homes and create a refined and elegant community presentation.  Interior roads will be graded and repaved when construction is completed.

Antilles is a gated community 2 miles south of Tamiami Trail East (US 41), off Collier Boulevard (SR 951).
