A lady proudly showed how she made the IKEA wardrobe look good during the home renovation.

Steph from Belmont in the United States revealed how easy it is to create a built-in look. He said that most people don't know this simple technique.

In her TikTok account, Steph shared how the couple built a foundation for Pax's wardrobe and asked them to sit down first.

Posting under the @stephfrom_belmont domain, Steph shared many behind-the-scenes videos of her Victorian house renovation in 11900.

Stephen said in the title of the post: "Ikea Pax Wardrobe Hack-We built a bedroom wardrobe. Did we succeed?"

She showed a photo of a large white wardrobe in the master bedroom, and she added: "Want to know how to make the IKEA wardrobe look built-in?"

Steph showed how the first step is to build a base for your wardrobe. They used MDF for this, which can be found at B & Q.

"Build a base for the Pax wardrobe. We used MDF for this," Steph said.

Added: "Lift the wardrobe to the base and tighten it to fix it. We also fixed the side to the wall from the inside."

After this step, it is important to close the gap left.

"You left a gap on one side of the chimney. We used white melamine and fixed it on both sides of the wardrobe," the homeowner said.

Added: "We changed the skirting in the room, so we passed it through the front of the wardrobe. We made the base to fit the size of the skirting and make it look inconspicuous."

Steph showed the finished effect of two built-in wardrobes, which said "work completed".

The post was viewed 58,500 times, and TikTok users quickly commented.

"I will definitely do this in my next home" one person commented.

Another said: "Such good ideas and methods are better than built-in ones."

"It looks good! You should also add a piece of wood to the top of the closet," the third person commented.
