An all-black house for sale in Illinois is being dubbed the “goth house” online.

Located in Lincoln, just north of Springfield, the octagon-shaped home is located on a secluded half an acre lot and — unusually — has no square rooms.

The listing with the address 110 Edgar St. described the property as a “mysterious black octagon” and a “midwestern showstopper.”

The two-story residence first hit the market on Dec. 17 for $250,000.

Made up of two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the main level features a foyer, an open living/dining concept with a corner gas log fireplace, French doors and laminate flooring. The fully-equipped galley kitchen is made up of granite countertops and there’s a full bathroom on each floor.

The second floor has a master loft with a cathedral ceiling, three skylights and a tiled bath with a double vanity and walk-in shower.

The residence, which spans just over 1,500 square feet, also boasts three separate decks and a three-car garage with several updates to the siding, roof, landscape and gutters.

The home first went viral when the Instagram account “ZillowGoneWild” posted the listing.

“Designed by Voldemort,” one user commented.

“Fascinating to see the dichotomy between black walls and live laugh live style signs,” another joked.

Realtor Seth Goodman told local Fox2Now News that he was “always fascinated by the octagon-shaped property.”

He purchased the home in August for just $75,000, property records show, with the intent to renovate it and re-sell it.

Goodman began by installing an all-black shingle roof and then decided to do the entire exterior with black gutters and matching vinyl siding.

He loved the look so much that he decided to paint the interior black as well.

“Ok but when the summer sun comes around that house is gonna feel like a middle school blacktop playground,” one Twitter user explained.
